Types of Classes
All classes have an element of pain management. Pain can manifest in many forms - the most commonly known is physical pain which usually helps propel one to immediate attention and action towards eliminating the physical pain. Another type of pain is mental and emotional pain - all of which can eat away our everyday life, inhibiting optimum performance and wellbeing. This can come in many forms - our negative beliefs, our inner dialogue (what we say to ourselves), memories of childhood, our relationship with others , career and financial circumstances - all of this contribute to our mental health.
To heal the body, we must first tackle physical pain in the body. Next, we use breath-work and movement to gain insight into the mind.
